Barrister and Solicitor
Avash was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario where he successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Criminology and a minor in Law from Carleton University.
Following completion of his undergraduate studies, Avash attended Law School at Bond University in Australia and the University of Saskatchewan, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2012.
Prior to law school, Avash gained experience in the financial services sector, information technology, corporate environments and the Federal government.

Avash articled at a full service law firm that allowed him to gain experience in a variety of areas including divorce and family law, criminal law, real estate, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation and wills and estates.
In his free time, Avash enjoys adventure travelling, being outdoors, building/racing cars, singing/song-writing and catching up on the latest blockbuster.

He has been a volunteer Big Brother with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Canadian Cancer Society, Law Help Ontario and Women’s Outreach in Red Deer. Avash previously volunteered as a Director and member of the Governance Committee with the Red Deer & District SPCA. Avash volunteers as Duty Counsel with Legal Aid Alberta and the Central Alberta Community Legal Clinic.
